Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor/Exhibitor/Crafter at Superstars N' Supercars!

• Vendor must provide his or her own tables, tents, etc.

• Space is available on a first come first serve basis. 

• ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP BY 9:00 AM, SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2023 - NO EXCEPTIONS

• All Vendors must remain open until the close of event 3:00 pm Breakdown must not start until 3:00 pm

• All Vendors are responsible for cleanup in their area before leaving.

Please Note: Unless this event is cancelled, there will be NO refunds. 100% of the funds will go directly to expenses and Miracles N' Progress, who supports families and the children who are battling cancer and serious illnesses.

Vendor registration MUST be received 7 days prior to the event.
