Miracles N' Progress believe in providing experiences for the kids fighting the daily battle of illness who may not have had the opportunity to experience fishing.  Many of our kids would love to go fishing, or enjoy other outdoor activities, but their circumstances may not allow them to.

Introducing them to fishing can e a wonderful experieince for them.  We are looking for experienced Anglers that can assist in showing the kids proper fishing techniques. Our goal is:

• Expose the Miracles N' Progress children, who may not otherwise get the opportunity, to the sport of fishing and the outdoors.

• Encourage continued participation in fishing by developing the skills they need

• Increase the awareness of participants and help strengthen family relationships and local communities.

• Offer education elements such as angler techniques, ethics, fish identification, and water safety.

• Develop basic skills to provide a lifelong hobby as a therapeutic outlet.

 

It's a great feeling when you see a smile on a kids face, knowing that you participated in giving them a memory they will cherish forever.
