Vendor Set-Up & Guidelines - Please read before submitting your Application!
All vendors (food and retail) must be set up and ready to sell by 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 14, 2019, in Mark Twain Lake, MO. Vendors must be open during event hours on both days of the event . Vendors are responsible for all set-up, tents, cooking supplies, booth banners, etc. All vendors are responsible for the clean up of their area and maintaining a pleasant appearance during and after the event.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying all appropriate taxes and for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses. Assignment of booth spaces will be made by Miracles N' Progress and Mark Twain Lake Host(s). BOOTH SPACE IS 10 X 20. Vendors are responsible for all tents, equipment and materials needed. Vendor must clean up all trash, oils, and debris around their vending space.
MIRACLES N' PROGRESS reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit, which in the opinion of event organizers, is not suitable to and in keeping the character of the event.
MIRACLES N' PROGRESS and their Host(s) will not under any circumstances be responsible for any loss sustained by any vendor because of theft, fire, water, accidents, injuries, or for any other reason, but will take reasonable care to protect vendors from any such loss.
MIRACLES N; PROGRESS will not be responsible for failure to provide space because of any reason beyond its control including weather. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
